Every project is different so we quote per project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A phone call to chat about the project you’re looking for as well as to make sure we will work well together. Once we have the details, we’ll send you a quote.

What education and/or training does your team have that relates to the work?

Our designers typically have Bachelor of Fine Arts Degrees in Graphic Design with some Marketing and Communications education as well.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Logo Designs + Brand Packages are the most common requests we receive with design styles ranging from hand-drawn illustrations to modern and elegant. Other frequent requests are web design, business cards, and merchandise. The experience doesn't stop there, though! There is rarely a project we can’t take on, so bring us your wildest ideas :).

Describe a recent project you did. How long did it take?

We designed a 50+ page Annual Report that took 40 hours. This included photo editing, editorial design, and copywriting. For something like wedding invitations, the designs take about a week to design plus a week to print since we outsource the printing to a local printer. We stay as local as we can in order to support other small businesses.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't feel like you have to have everything buttoned up when you call. We will schedule a consultation with you to figure out where you're at and where you'd like to be, and how we can help you get there. You may have an established business and just need a brochure done. You may have an idea for a business and would like to know what your next steps are to make it tangible. We have resources to assist you no matter what your status.
